Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using GrayWorks' services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance by GrayWorks. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment terms will be established at the time of order.

Artwork and Proofs

Customers are responsible for providing print-ready artwork. GrayWorks will provide proofs for approval before production. Once approved, the customer accepts responsibility for any errors not caught during the proofing process.

Turnaround and Delivery

Turnaround times are estimates and begin after artwork approval. We will make every effort to meet delivery schedules but are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
